In the next place of the voyage towards Road Safety The Sunny Ahluwalia Charitable Foundation sponsored the Hitch Hike a prelims round of Spring Fest of IIT Kharagpur.

Held on  October 16, 2016 at Stepping Stones School 38 A , Chandigarh, the round had three events – Nukkad ( a street play competition), SF Idol (solo singing) and shake a leg (Solo Dance Competion) . One of the members of the SACF also pariticipated in one of the events.

Besides that, the members of SACF along with the Founders Mrs. Honey preet Ahluwalia and Mr. Preet Mohinder Pal Singh interacted with the participants of various fields regarding their knowledge of road safety rules. They were asked as to why teenagers are particularly at risk and   suffer maximum fatal road accidents. They accepted the fact and gave a good response. They mentioned that they got a motivation as to take care and obey traffic  rules in future. Overall the Campaign of Road Safety at the Hitch Hike was a great success for the SACF.
